Dr Delaney was previously a medical adviser to the Board appointed in accordance with the provisions of section 11(1) of the Residential Institutions Redress Act 2002. Dr. Delaney will not be involved in the settlement or hearing of any application on which he has previously reported to the Board in his capacity as a medical adviser.<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = \"urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office\" \/><o:p><\/o:p><\/P>&#13;<br \/>\n<P>&nbsp;<\/P>&#13;<br \/>\n<P>&nbsp;<\/P>&#13;<br \/>\n<P>&nbsp;<\/P>&#13;<br \/>\n<P>&nbsp;<\/P><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;&#13;
